Program Terms:

1. The two (2) participating Starbucks® Coffees & two (2) participating Perrier® products must be purchased at any Walmart store or Walmart.com from 2/15 — 4/4. Click here for participating products. Qualifying purchase(s) can be made in either one trip or multiple.
2. Receipt(s) must show retailer name, date, time, receipt total, and qualifying purchase. Each receipt can only be submitted once by 4/18/21.
3. Limited to 1 reward per customer. Reward must be redeemed by 11:59:59 pm PT 4/30/21.

Circle the following information on your receipt(s) before taking your photo.

• Date and time
• Participating products
• Receipt total

Snap a picture of your receipt(s), ensuring all the items above are in view, and email the photo to www.fizzandflavor.com by 11:59:59 pm PT 4/18/21.

Tips on Taking Your Photo:
Flatten the receipt(s) and place it on a dark non-reflective surface. Make sure there is enough light and that the entire receipt is in frame. Hold the camera steady and make sure the receipt is in focus. Review the image quality before submitting.
